The ratio between the number of people effectively connected to the water and/or sanitation supply and the number of people using it.

Helps refine water, by combining activated carbon powder adsorption with an ultra-filtration membrane separation. This procedure holds all the particles larger than 0.01 micron, as well as any contaminants caught in the activated carbon powder.
