Giving waste wood a second life
We deal with large quantities of both treated and untreated wood though our national network of wood recycling facilities. Long-term contracts with waste wood producers ensure we have a constant supply of material.
Untreated or ‘clean’ wood is processed to provide animal bedding or reused in the manufacturing of chipboard.
From the larger quantity of treated waste wood we receive, we produce wood chip that can be used in biomass facilities, helping to displace fossil fuels. Our facilities produce a range of different sized fractions to suit the needs of our customers.
We produce more than 280,000 tonnes a year, supplying wood products to a wide range of organisations both in the UK and abroad.
