• Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) will make producers responsible for the end-of-life costs of their products. This legislation aims to ensure products and packaging are reused, repaired and recycled to start shaping a more circular economy. With consultations ongoing and implementation scheduled for 2023, this RWM Spotlight on EPR will explore what this might mean for local councils, waste management companies and waste producers.
