  • The annual Plastic Waste Conference organised by Westminster Insight in London will be chaired by Dr. Adam Read, Chief External Affairs and Sustainability Officer for SUEZ recycling and recovery UK.

     

    The conference will provide a great platform for open and transparent dialogue on understanding the key challenges and solutions to enable the UK’s transition from a linear to a circular economy. Panel debates will focus on the opportunities for plastic waste when seen as a resource, and the part it could play in achieving resource circularity. Additionally, there will be insights shared on the impact of the Plastic Tax, new Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and the upcoming government legislative steps needed to meet plastic recycling targets.
