John Wilkinson

As Chief Development Officer of SUEZ recycling and recovery UK, John is responsible for driving forward the UK’s growth strategy in both public and private sector development in line with the overall SUEZ Groups 2030 vision.

John has been at SUEZ for over 20 years, forging his career within the finance function as Financial Controller before moving into an operational role in 2012. Since then, John has held a number of Operational and Commercial roles within SUEZ which lead to becoming Chief Development Officer in 2023. Prior to that John was Regional Director for both our Processing North and Energy Operations North businesses. Before these appointments John led the adoption of lean principles in the Industrial and Commercial division as Change Implementation Manager, and he was responsible for the strategic development of the division’s North West operations as Regional Business Manager.
